   Everything is good but the delivery experience is not satisfactory. I got the parcel after 4 days of expected date. And since I was busy in another work the delivery boy had returned the parcel to the ekart warehouse. Interesting part is I had got an message to call the given number and type the registered mobile no followed by the pin given in the message but after doing according to the instructions given it says the pin is incorrect . Then I decided to go to ekart warehouse near my home and got the parcel there which is 4 kms from my home. 1. Who will bear my petrol cost.
   2. Why did I paid ₹9 for COD and delivery charge of ₹80 though I didn’t get the parcel at my doorstep.
   If this seems good for your customers that’s good. If No Please ask your ecommerce partner to improve the service and just pay a small compensation to your customers like me ☺️.

   The services of DTDC courier used to deliver the books were not satisfactory.
