Note: The terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “Plus Pramesh eLib” shall refer to pluspramesh.in. The terms “you”, “your”, “User”, or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who has purchased or going to purchase at least one product, course or service.

1. We provide replacement/return guarantee in some cases like wrong product delivered/damaged product delivered or if we get any genuine reason from the buyer.
2. We do not provide replacement/return guarantee in case of buyer remorse.
3. We will take the last decision for any replacement/return.
4. If order was prepaid, we will refund amount in buyer’s bank account.
5. If order was Cash on Delivery, we will refund amount in buyer’s wallet at Plus Pramesh eLib..

Detailed return policy for our products

Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order. We use the best packaging methods to secure the notes from any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, we do not take any responsibility for the damages to your order while in transit.

Why we do not take any responsibility for the damages to your order while in transit?

It is a simple logic to understand. If a postman comes to you with a damaged parcel, in this case, please do not receive it and contact us so that we can send another one.

If you have received a damaged/defective/wrong product or it does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with us by dropping an email to prameshelib@gmail.com. Send us the image of the damaged/defective/wrong product, which you have denied to receive, as an attachment with the email. If we decide to replace the same product, you can get your order replaced only once without any extra charge and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the damaged/defective/wrong product back from you.

Kindly note, in case of replacement, you must complain on the same day of delivery and dispatch the material back to us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for example if your order has delivered on 01/01/2019, you have to complain on 01/01/2018 and retirn it till 02/01/2018. If 02/01/2018 is a holiday, dispatch it till 03/01/2018. Complains received after same day of delivery will not be entertained. It must be sent via Simple Indian Post (not speed post). If sent via speed post or private courier, courier charges will not be reimbursed.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. If you have paid for the order using Credit/Debit card or any other method then the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
