Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order. We use the best packaging methods to secure the notes from any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, we do not take any responsibility for the damages
Why we do not take any responsibility for the damages to your order while in transit?
It is a simple logic to understand. If a postman comes to you with a damaged parcel, in this case, please do not receive it and contact us so that we can send another one.
If you have received a damaged/defective/wrong product or it does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with us by dropping an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us the image of the damaged/defective/wrong product, which you have denied to receive, as an attachment with the email. If we decide to replace the same product, you can get your order replaced only once without any extra charge and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the damaged/defective/wrong product back from you.
Kindly note, in case of replacement, you must complain on the same day of delivery and dispatch the material back to us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for example if your order
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. If you have paid for the order using Credit/Debit card or any other method then the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
